We can meet in your home or mine! Our first meeting and consultation is free. Based on the information gathered, I will develop a 12-week program with your goals in mind! We will meet for one hour each week and will begin each session by focusing on one of the Four Pillars of Health--Sleep, Nutrition, Stress Management/Mindset, and Exercise. Additional nutrition education is offered based on your individual goals and needs. I specialize in helping women balance their hormones naturally so that they see results from their workouts. Every session includes informational handouts.
Each workout begins with a warmup and always ends with a cool down. I provide all equipment if needed. I will guide you through each exercise and provide alignment and technique adjustments and demonstration, as well as motivation and mindset work. You will receive a follow up email after each session that will include a recap of our discussion, your attached workout, and your assignments for the week.

Your initial consultation is free so that we can determine that we will be a good fit for each other and so that I'm clear on what the group goals are. Workouts will be written circuit style and cater to optimizing functional fitness as a whole. Topics discussed the first 15min. of our session will cover one of the Four Pillars of Health that include but are not limited to Sleep, Nutrition, Mindset/Stress Management, and Exercise with handouts. We will meet one time per week to workout together so that I can hone in on technique and safe alignment as well as have the opportunity to demonstrate exercises. Every 45min. workout will include a warm up and a cool down.
My goal will be to give individualized attention to each group member to get to know your individual needs. This will allow me to make outside training and nutritional recommendations and education if needed. Every training session will be followed up with a group recap email, the attached group workout log, and group assignments.

This is for my long distance friends! Workout in the comfort of your own home or at your local gym! I design workouts just for you that require little to no equipment! Meet with me once per week via video call for one hour while I guide you on your journey to better health. You have the option to do a guided virtual workout or do the workouts on your own and have weekly checkins to discuss wins, challenges, and Q&A.
You will receive a free consultation interview to nail down goals and purpose. Weekly meetings with a follow up email will deliver your assignments, share valuable information with attachments, and give you that extra dose of motivation until we meet again.
During a live workout session, we will open with a brief discussion on where you are with your goals based on the Four Pillars of Health and assignments outside of our time together for some accountability. I will then demonstrate each move within the circuit before you perform them, talk you through alignment correction as I see it, and keep you going with plenty of motivation. If you are doing the workouts on your own per my assignments, our video calls will be check ins for progress and may include a Movement Assessment so that I can measure progress to continue to help you with steady progression toward your goal.
We can meet on any platform you are comfortable with such as Zoom, FaceTime, or Microsoft Teams.

As a Nutritional Coach, I am your guide on resources, information, and facts about nutrition. I will offer advice on:
* Calorie Management Stategies through education of macronutrients and micronutrients regarding absorption and effects on the body systems.

* There will be discussion around lifestyle choices that affect your goals and steps we can take toward change. I will provide reading material centered around the topics we cover as we build a sustainable nutritional practice.
