Hi! Dana Pankonin here! Here's a little about my fitness career that has spanned over the last two decades!
I have been a professional in the fitness industry almost 20 years. I became a Certified Group Fitness Professional in January of 2005. This certification is specific to Jazzercise, a dance cardio and strength program that's been around for 55 years! I am not only a local instructor but also a Performance Development Specialist as well as a Training Specialist for Jazzercise, Inc. I have the privilege of coaching existing Jazzercise instructors for instructional growth and development as well as certifying new instructors to join our instructional program! My Jazzercise career sparked a thirst for more knowledge and further development in the fitness industry!
In 2020, I received my 200-Hr Registered Yoga Teacher Certification from the Holistic School of Yoga of Loveland, Colorado. I personally practice yoga to center and nurture my body and mind in order to seek balance in my business and personal life. I love sharing this knowledge with others and incorporating breath work and stretching techniques to maximize healthier movement in your training.
In October of 2021, I moved to Florida with my family. Once settled, I decided that Florida is where I want to pursue my Personal Training Career. In November 2022, I completed my Certified Personal Training Certification through ISSA. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach through ISSA as of June 2024! These certifications give me the extra knowledge and credentials to bring everything I’ve learned the last 20 years together to continue to help individuals and groups on another level!
My mission is to effectively lead the whole body to optimal health through personalized programming. I am always quick to offer a sincere smile and a motivating energy in all that I do. I want to inspire you to make changes that will last a lifetime. I believe that workouts alone aren't enough. I'd being doing a disservice if I didn't bring my passions for nutrition and mindset into every training session to give you a complete transformational experience!

Sleep, Nutrition, Mindset/Stress Management, and Exercise.
At the end of the day, our health journey begins within the mind. It all starts between the ears and you’ll always hear me say at some point during your workout, “You Can, You Will”! It's a mantra I live by that has changed my life, and I am confident that it will change yours too! I can’t wait to see you transform!
