Sessions are available at your preferred location, at the beautiful Jazzercise Venice Studio (1505 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 404, Venice, FL), or online via your platform of choice.

Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation. This initial session allows us to define your goals, assess your needs, and design a program that is both strategic and sustainable.

From there, we move into a consistent, one-hour weekly training rhythm—where each session is intentionally structured and fully customized to support your progress.
